About Deb
I'm not guessing at what's going wrong in your business — I've lived it from the inside. I spent time as Sales Manager inside a high-ticket coaching business, building the entire backend from scratch: booking systems, reminder sequences, follow-up automations, pipelines. I saw firsthand how many sales were quietly slipping away, not because the offer was wrong, but because the system wasn't there to catch them.
Before that, I ran a digital marketing agency for 15 years, working with businesses across New Zealand and around the world on websites, Facebook ads, funnels, and lead generation. I also trained as a lawyer — so when I build something for you, it's structured, precise, and built to actually hold up.
Now I take all of that and build it for women entrepreneurs who are done doing everything manually and ready to have a system that works as hard as they do.
